These stories will build awareness of the positive impact life sciences have on people and communities around the world, how we’re delivering on our customer promise, and bringing our strategy to live for our ~ 15 000 associates in 40 countries.This position reports to the Director, Corporate Internal Communications and is part of the Communications team. This is an on-site role, based in Amersham, in the UK.What you will do:Develop a strategy and process for telling stories internally and externally, including the Discovery Matters podcast, Cytiva social media and advocacy, and further storytelling activities.Create podcast episodes, blogs, pitches and other content to help raise awareness of the Cytiva brand and our mission and vision. Manager stakeholder relationship with podcast guests, blog interviewees and other stakeholders, including internal.Build and run editorial calendars for the Discovery Matters podcast and blog, for external and internal audiences, aligned on key messages, and collaborating with comms, brand, marketing, social media, and sustainability teams.Content development: Generate high-quality, and on-brand, content across internal and external channels, including internal and external events, that effectively communicate Cytiva’s market, customer, and industry insights, breakthroughs and innovations.Assemble and deliver evaluations of metrics on communications activities to demonstrate the effectiveness to the wider business and use these evaluations to recommend data-driven improvements.Who you are:A in journalism, humanities, communications, political science, international relations, life sciences or other relevant studiesProfessional and demonstrable experience working with different aspects of communications such as research, storyboarding, production, writing, recording, and editingNative English or excellent, fluent oral and written communications and presentation skills in EnglishSelf-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to effectively story-mine and produce stories with minimal supervisionCytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
