- Review, schedule, and publish engaging content across Cytiva's corporate social media channels.
- Assist in the execution of both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Manage the employee advocacy platform by curating and uploading shareable content.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve channel performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and support campaign initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Interest or prior experience in biopharma or life sciences is a plus but not essential.
