Cheval Collection is currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at the elegant Cheval Harrington Court, a luxury serviced residence nestled in the heart of South Kensington. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a passionate and professional hospitality team, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in one of London's most iconic neighbourhoods.This is a 30-hour per week contract, worked over 3 night shifts, offering a consistent schedule and the chance to make a real impact during the quieter hours of the day. As Night Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of the residence during the night, providing courteous, efficient, and friendly service to our guests. Your role will be varied and engaging, involving guest arrivals and departures, handling enquiries, completing administrative tasks, conducting floor walks, and ensuring the front desk area remains clean and organised.   • Thrive working independently and enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
  • Bring at least four years of experience as a receptionist in a 4* or 5* hotel, or luxury serviced apartments.
  • Are confident using property management systems and have strong computer skills.
  • Take genuine pride in delivering outstanding service and attention to detail.
  • Have a warm, professional and approachable manner that puts guests at ease.
  • Naturally build great relationships with guests, making them feel truly at home.
  • Know London well - from hidden gems to must-see sights and top dining spots.
  • Have a background in luxury hospitality and understand what exceptional service looks like.
  • Able to work on your own and within a small team
