Want to be part of this Lifestyle Luxury property?Our Night Receptionists support the Front Office Manager to ensure a guest is met with a genuine welcome and that their needs are attended to throughout their stay. No detail is too small, and no request is too large.As a Night Receptionist we will support you to:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and assist with inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Promote IHG One Rewards and upsell rooms and F&B outlets.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and ensure smooth communication between shifts.
  • Monitor security and adhere to hotel protocols.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and escalate when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous hotel reception experience (4- or 5-star experience preferred).
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with IT systems like Opera and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
  • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
