- Manage a portfolio of medical consumables, including vascular access products, prefilled syringes, and infection prevention solutions.
- Engage key hospital departments such as Vascular Access Service Teams (VASTs), Infection Control, Oncology, Radiology, Theatres, and Procurement.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with strategic goals, focusing on top growth accounts.
- Conduct product trials and in-service training, supported by clinical consultants where needed.
- Deliver educational programmes and value-added services to enhance product uptake and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional sales, clinical, and commercial teams to maximise business potential.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to business case development.
- Maintain accurate records and performance metrics, meeting agreed sales targets and expectations.
- Based in the West Midlands, with a strong background in healthcare sales and a proven track record of success. Experience in selling medical consumables or vascular access products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, skilled in consultative selling, product demonstration, and relationship building.
- The ability to build lasting client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
