- Retain and grow existing client relationships with a consultative approach
- Achieve and exceed personal and event revenue targets
- Research and understand client objectives to create tailored partnership solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term relationships
- Previous experience in B2B sponsorship or exhibition sales
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Experience in lead generation and proposal development
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially astute
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
