- Provide individualized and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support.
