What you will be doing: * Greet, check-in, respond to various guests requests such as serving drinks and food, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
  • Take care of the hotel and guests during the night, set up the breakfast
  • Usual hours of work will be 11pm till 7am or 8pm till 4am
  • Late shift available 2pm till 11pm (£12.60 per hour)
  • Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Your team and working environment:
  • You will be a key member of the night reception team and the face of the hotel brand. It will be up to you to make our guests feel at home from the minute they arrive, until the minute they leave.
