- Provide technical support and guidance to system users, addressing their queries and issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Document and maintain operational procedures to ensure consistent and effective system support practices.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning to optimize efficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production support or reliability engineering within financial markets or related industries.
- Leading problem determination by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Monitoring and Investigating regarding system inquiries independently.
- Proven track record of managing and resolving system incidents in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience collaborating with development teams to implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Experience working in a front office environment within a financial institution.
- Previous experience leading a team or project in a production support role.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in financial markets.
- Strong technical skills in system monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead incident resolution efforts.
- Effective communication skills to provide technical support and guidance to system users.
- Ability to document and maintain operational procedures clearly and accurately.
- Knowledge of specific market systems and applications used within the financial industry.
- Experience with automation tools and techniques to improve system reliability and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze information related to system performance and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
