As a Biologicals Manager, you will serve as the area leader and people manager for Syngenta Biologicals within the assigned geography. This role focuses on the creation and execution of the area sales plan while achieving sales targets through strategic relationships with retailers in your assigned geography.Territory: California, Washington, and OregonDuties:
  • Achieve commercial KPIs for assigned area according to budget assignments and provide monthly rolling sales forecasting.
  • Implement Go To Market strategy by developing and executing action plans while assessing technical capability of Sales Representatives.
  • Scout, negotiate with, and manage Distributors/Retailers by setting yearly targets and developing action plans for key accounts to ensure proper execution.
  • Co-own Biologicals Pillar within Commercial Unit campaign plan and collaborate with Agronomy Services, Technical Services, and FFE&T teams to implement training and education curricula that up-skill the sales organization.
  • Manage Biological Specialist personnel in assigned area including recruiting, selection, training, coaching, and professional development in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • BA/BS in Agricultural Science or BA/BS in non-Agricultural discipline with significant industry background.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Sales Management with demonstrated hiring, deployment, and development capabilities.
  • Sales Management experience with strong customer focus and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Seedcare and agronomic knowledge relevant to the Commercial Unit with deep understanding of agriculture industry at field level.
  • Field Marketing and Campaign Management development and implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience with proven ability to lead change and deliver results during times of major change.
  • Strong work/life balance with ability to coach others in this area and engage/inspire teams toward organizational goals.
Additional InformationSalary for this role is $97,300 - $180,700 per year.What We Offer:
