As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a crucial support for students, working closely with the teaching team and SEN coordinators to foster an inclusive learning environment. Your primary duties will include:
  • Providing one-on-one and small group support
  • Assisting in creating and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Supporting students in overcoming personal and academic challenges
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: Background in supporting children or young adults with special educational needs, ideally within a secondary setting
  • Skills: Strong communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability
