  • Reports to Warehouse Supervisor
  • Ensure “Good Warehousing Practices” by ensuring compliance to EHS & cGMP.
  • Ensure training 100% compliant.
  • Participate in internal audits and self-inspections to ensure warehouse is GMP compliant and audit ready.
  • Act as area support for external audits.
  • Ensure any safety exceptions are reported using the Speke Safety reporting system.
  • Following appropriate guidelines when working with Dangerous Goods. Identify continuous improvement activities within the warehouse e.g. Cost Savings, Lean initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with external suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Ensure Inventory Accuracy is maintained in SAP by Design
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained reporting any issues to warehouse supervisor.
  • Depending on area working within the warehouse, individual operators’ duties include:
o Sampling of API including Raman testing, raw materials, and packaging.o Dispensing of API and raw materials.o Trained in clean room activities.o Goods Receipt API, raw material, and packaging into Raw Materials Warehouseo Picking and staging of raw materials.o Work collaboratively with external suppliers and logistics providers.o Monitor inbound delivery of API, raw materials, and packaging.o Discharge of road tankerso Work with onsite team to ensure timely receipt, sampling, dispensing of API, raw materials, and packaging to ensure smooth production plan.o Delivering raw materials and packing to production areaso Complete cycle counting in accordance with yearly cycle count schedule, ensuring any non-conformance is reported appropriately.o Ensure any destruction of materials is completely accurately and in a timely manner.o Train out Warehouse SOPs.Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):
  • Qualified forklift truck operator and licence
  • Knowledge of SAP by Design
