We’re proud to offer person-centred, empowering care that helps individuals live full, independent, and meaningful lives — and we’d love for you to be part of that journey.🌟 About the RoleWe’re currently recruiting a Female Waking Nights Support Worker to work within the people we support at our service at Biesley Drive.Working in this role you would need to be resilient, have an open mind, and have a non-judgmental approach, so this would appeal to people who share a real interest in Mental Health.You’ll provide overnight support, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort for the people we support. Every night is different, and you’ll play a key role in supporting a variety of needs, helping individuals feel secure and cared for.💡 What You’ll Be DoingYou will be supporting service users in their own homes in the local community, and assisting people with;aily living tasks which may include attending meetings and appointmentsSupporting with medication, routines, and health-related taskLight domestic duties and maintaining and support maintaining their tenancyResponding promptly and professionally to any needs during the nightSupporting with meal preperationSupporting with any community treatment order requirementsCommunicating effectively with families and professionalsPromoting independence and dignity in everything you do✅ What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a confident and compassionate individual with experience in support work (or a strong desire to learn).
