Then here is what you need to be successful at Evri!As the Head of Fulfilment Sales, you’ll champion EVRi’s Fulfilment proposition, helping to shape and refine our ideal client profile while leading the development and execution of innovative new business strategies aligned with our ambitious three-year growth plan. You’ll take ownership of building and managing a high-performing sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and delivering strong commercial results. Collaboration will be key, as you work cross-functionally with teams across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and alignment. You’ll represent the Fulfilment function at board-level meetings, acting as a strategic voice within the business, and play a pivotal role in driving complex solution sales tailored to large SMEs and enterprise clients.What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record in sales leadership, especially within eCommerce Fulfilment (B2C).
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
- Skilled in CRM systems, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A natural leader who inspires teams and drives performance.
- Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience.
- Business Management qualifications are a plus.
- Full, clean driving licence (travel required).
- Experience in domestic/international shipping.
- Knowledge of international markets and project management.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
