We are dedicated to developing our engineers to the highest level.The Role & CandidateWe're looking for a collaborative, proactive engineer with extensive experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The role is focused on planned maintenance and system improvements, not just reactive breakdowns. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing both mechanical and electrical faults on a variety of equipment, including PLCs, three-phase motors, and controls. You must be forward-thinking, a great team player, and have a positive, "can-do" attitude.Requirements
  • Significant Experience: Several years in an FMCG or food production environment.
  • Formal Qualification: Completed an on-site apprenticeship or hold a Level 3 NVQ, HNC, HND, or equivalent.
  • Electrical Expertise: Proficient in electrical troubleshooting with automated systems and holds a 17th or 18th Edition certification (or equivalent electrical ability).
  • Fault-Finding: Highly competent in repairing a wide range of production equipment.
