• Conduct comprehensive assessments including Child Protection and Child in Need evaluations, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children.
• Prepare detailed reports and attend court proceedings, showcasing your expertise in safeguarding children.
• Work within statutory deadlines, balancing office duties with home and duty visits across Bolton.
• Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement support plans.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.

• A Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years' experience, specifically within a Safeguarding Children's team.
• Proficient knowledge of Child Protection, Court processes, and statutory guidelines.
• Ability to travel to Bolton and be office-based at short notice if service demands require.
• Capacity to undertake duty and home visits across the region, based at Castle Hill.
