- Drive your team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
- Act as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
- Be highly visible and approachable to customers and your colleagues
- Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
- Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
- Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
- Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
- Experience of managing a small to medium sized team, in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Strong numerical and problem solving skills
- A flexible approach and a 'can do' attitude
- Great customer service skills, and the ability to drive your team to deliver amazing service too
