- Participate in meetings for best interest decisions, Education Health and Care Plan discussions, section 117 reviews, and Complete Continuing Healthcare (CHC) assessments.
- Ensure defensible decision-making in a fast-paced environment, guiding your team towards effective results.
- Provide supervision and address any performance issues to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct home visits and assessments throughout the city, supporting young people in various locations.
