
HR Reward Consultant

- Salary benchmarking, band development, and data analysis
- Design/administer bonus & commission schemes
- Prepare bespoke employee benefits proposals
- Develop Board/RemCo papers for salary/reward changes
- Manage hr inspire’s internal reward schemes and employee benefits
- Support auto-enrolment (e.g. NEST)
- Provide ad-hoc reward advice to HR consultants
- Collaborate with benefit providers to deliver cost-effective solutions
- Support recruitment/onboarding processes for a key client
- Strong technical knowledge of reward practices and legislation
- Experience with benchmarking databases (e.g. Brightmine, Croner)
- Commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, initiative, and adaptability
- Consultancy experience and CIPD (Desirable)
