Telecare Responder Temporary - 33.6 hours per week Location: Sunderland Contract: Initial 6 months, with possibility of extension Make a real difference in people's lives by joining our dedicated Telecare Response Team. We provide rapid, compassionate support to individuals in their own homes-helping them regain independence after hospital stays or periods of ill health, and responding promptly when they need urgent assistance. What you'll do: Deliver responsive, person-centred care in the community. Support individuals to set and achieve personal goals. Respond quickly and professionally to alarm calls and emergencies. What we're looking for: A warm, caring nature and a commitment to helping others. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. Reliability and flexibility to work a varied rota, including weekends and bank holidays. A full UK manual driving licence (company vehicle provided during shifts). Shift pattern: 6:00-14:30, 14:00-22:30, 22:00-06:30 All offers are subject to two satisfactory references, a current DBS disclosure, evidence of right to work in the UK, and proof of a valid manual driving licence.
