Interim Business Intelligence LeadBased in London, hybridLength: 3-6 months initiallyInside IR35We are working with a London-based Local Authority to recruit an interim Business Intelligence Lead to develop an improved business intelligence function for the Council, supporting regular and high-quality strategic reporting.Key Responsibilities of the Interim Service Accountant include:
  • Lead the development of the Council’s Performance Management Framework and analysis of performance data to support change and drive service excellence
  • Build strong partnerships with internal performance leads and external partner agencies
  • Lead a modern Business Intelligence function, providing expert strategic advice to senior leadership
  • Drive performance improvement and develop cross-council business intelligence
Experience and knowledge required of the Interim Service Accountant:
  • Extensive experience in Performance and Business Intelligence in large, complex organisations
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful BI strategies
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data
  • Previous local government experience
