As a TA, you will be expected to support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, working with pupils both individually and in groups. Your role will include:
- Leading small group or 1:1 interventions
- Providing feedback to pupils on their progress
- Helping to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Supervising pupils during lunchtime and breaks as needed
- Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally within a primary or secondary school setting.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- A patient, calm, and flexible approach to working with children.
