Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to support our client in Bournemouth on a short-term temporary assignment. This role is perfect for someone with excellent people skills who enjoys helping others feel welcome and settled.Working Hours:
- 18th - 21st September 2025
- 8:00am - 4:00pm each day
- Greeting and checking in students on arrival
- Escorting students to their rooms and ensuring they feel comfortable
- Providing a warm, friendly welcome and helping students settle in
- Acting as a first point of contact for any queries or support needs
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when speaking with people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to create a welcoming environment and put others at ease
- Reliable and proactive with a positive attitude
