, ,We are currently recruiting for an experienced Print Finisher with Hot Stamp Foiling experience to join our client’s production team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the finishing stages of the print operation, contributing to the high standards and output that this company is renowned for.Key Responsibilities
Operate hot stamp foiling machines to required specifications with accuracy and consistency
Execute a variety of print finishing tasks including Hot stamp foiling, Inkjet numbering, die cutting, collating, quality checking, perforating, fan-folding, sheeting, and packing.
Maintain the highest levels of quality control, ensuring that all finished products meet company standards
Set up, monitor, run, and adjust machinery to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime
Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning and safe shutdown of finishing equipment
Accurately complete production records and quality sign off sheets and adhere to work schedules
Liaise with the production management team to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines
Uphold health and safety protocols at all times in accordance with company policy
Person Specification
Proven experience in hot stamp foiling, Ink Jet numbering, Perforation / die cutting, and Sheeting operations.
Solid background in print finishing processes within a commercial print environment
Mechanical aptitude and ability to set up and operate a range of finishing equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality output
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts as required
