Logistics Programme Lead

• Developing and implementing the site-wide logistics strategy for construction logistics, which includes materials deliveries, fabrication yard, plant and equipment deliveries, site welfare, workforce transport, airside/landside management, and security and compliance coordination.
• Managing site works for complex construction projects, with hands-on, on-the-ground experience.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships in a highly complicated internal stakeholder environment, ensuring adherence to strict regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Executing strong contractor management with a focus on site-based activities.
• Reporting directly to senior programme leadership, keeping them informed of project progress and logistics.

• Core experience in logistics, specifically within the construction and airport sectors.
• Practical knowledge in programme management and project management, with a history of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience as a site engineer or construction supervisor is preferred.
• Strong capability in managing contractor relationships and site activities.
• Adept at navigating complex operational organisations with rigid compliance needs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
