- Liaising with suppliers
- Adding new suppliers to the accounting system
- Reviewing the accounting postings to ensure accuracy
- Performing regular reviews of open purchase orders
- Posting a number of journals and schedules in relation to the month end accruals and prepayments.
- Assisting with month end tasks
- Purchase Ledger experience
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Hybrid working
