ABC Teachers is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive special needs school in Walsall. This full-time position, starting in September 2025, offers a rewarding opportunity to help primary-aged pupils with moderate learning needs thrive both academically and personally.💼 Role Responsibilities:
  • Targeted Support: Provide one-to-one and small group assistance to ensure pupils are fully engaged in their learning.

  • Behaviour Support Skills: Confident in managing a range of learning and behavioural needs.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children who have additional or complex learning needs.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Safeguarding Ready: Hold a DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply) and able to provide relevant references.
