You would be a Relief Support Worker for the Waking Night Team, assisting with shift cover, or cover for annual leave or sickness.You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs, and you will play a vital role in their life.What we're looking for:· A genuine passion for supporting others.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.· A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.Drivers are preferred.
