We're seeking an Administrative & Culture Lead who can balance efficient office operations with a people-first mindset. This is a dual role combining high-level administrative coordination with efforts to build a strong internal culture, ensure smooth onboarding, and promote continuous improvement.What You'll Own:Manage the day-to-day administration and office infrastructureServe as a support partner to team leaders and department headsPlan and deliver internal initiatives that build team engagement and cultureKeep systems, policies, and records up to date and compliantCoordinate hiring processes, onboarding, and staff development trackingHandle supplier relationships, budgets, and expense reportingMonitor employee wellbeing initiatives and contribute to a positive work environmentStay alert to inefficiencies and suggest smarter ways of workingYour Experience:4+ years in admin, office, or team operations rolesComfortable owning tasks from concept through to executionSkilled in communications, documentation, and team coordinationExperienced in people processes (onboarding, L&D, performance tracking)Confident working with numbers, budgets, and supplier managementFlexible, empathetic, and highly organisedPassionate about fostering great company culture
