- Manage and mentor members of the operations team.

- 6+ years of experience in finance, operations, or strategy — ideally within a high-growth tech company or consulting.
- Deep experience with financial modelling, scenario planning, and board-level reporting.
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational systems in a fast-growing business.
- Highly analytical, structured, and data-driven in decision-making.
- A natural organiser who thrives on accountability and ensuring things get done.
