Inside IR35This is a position for an experienced administrator with a strong understanding of departmental systems, processes, and procedures. The successful candidate will undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a range of administrative and clerical duties within the department
  • Process documents and information from various sources
  • Investigate discrepancies and shortages relating to products, services, documentation, or stock
  • Collate and extract data to produce routine reports, schedules, summaries, and letters
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to clarify information, arrange appointments, deliveries, or place orders
  • Verify calculations, allocate costs, and ensure documents are complete and properly authorised
  • Maintain and update filing systems for easy retrieval of information
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Knowledge:
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative support role
  • Familiar with business support functions and departmental routines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills:
  • Good understanding of departmental processes and the wider team function
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
