The Head Nurse will be instrumental in:Clinical Management: Developing cutting-edge clinical protocols and collaborating with senior vets to uphold the highest clinical standards.Staff Leadership: Inducting, supervising, and empowering all clinical staff across the three sites.HR and Resource Management: Overseeing inductions, appraisals, performance reviews, recruitment, and efficient rota planning.Practice Management: Working hand-in-hand with the Clinical and Practice Managers on all facets of clinic operations.RCVS Standards: Ensuring meticulous adherence to all RCVS standard requirements.The Ideal Candidate: Who We're Looking For!We value the quality of your experience above all else!Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with a proven ability to manage a larger team.Qualifications: A Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN), preferably with RLA or RPA qualifications. You must be an experienced Clinical Coach!
