Salary: £35,000–£37,000 | Hours: 9am–6pm | Monday–Friday
We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and reputable Central London brand. This role offers a manageable portfolio of c.150 properties, a supportive team environment, and genuine long-term career prospects.What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of c.150 properties
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Overseeing compliance (Gas Safety, EPCs, EICRs, PATs)
- Coordinating maintenance and decoration works
- Handling tenancy start and end processes
- Managing rents, deposits, insurance claims, and contractor invoices
- Previous property management experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a cohesive, supportive team
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- £35,000–£37,000 salary
- Hours: 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
