Salary: £21 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella company only)About the RoleTransport for London (Trams) is seeking an experienced Paver Slab Layer to join our team on a short-term contract. You will be responsible for slab laying, paving, and concrete repair tasks to ensure high-quality and durable finishes across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLay slabs and complete paving works according to project specificationsPerform concrete repair and maintenance as requiredMaintain high standards of workmanship within project timelinesFollow all health and safety regulations on-siteRequired Qualifications & ExperienceValid CSCS certificationTrams Safety Awareness ticket (preferable if already held, otherwise required before starting)Previous experience in slab laying, paving, and concrete repairSkills & KnowledgeProficiency in slab laying techniquesAbility to perform concrete repairs effectivelyStrong understanding of paving processesPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy materialsWorking Conditions & ShiftsShift times: 07:30 - 15:00 (7.5 hours per day)Contract length: Approximately 2 weeksOutdoor work in varying weather conditionsManual, physically demanding roleFull orange PPE required✅ Payment available only via PAYE or Umbrella company.
