- Develop and deliver strategies to elevate service quality across multiple homes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practice guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Support and mentor managers in delivering quality initiatives and care plans.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Assist managers in preparing for inspections and audits.
- Investigate incidents or complaints and take steps to prevent reoccurrence.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or care home sector.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
