- Lead, mentor, and support branch staff through regular performance reviews, coaching, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, resolving issues promptly and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Drive client acquisition and retention strategies to boost loyalty and support long-term business growth.
- Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring full compliance with property laws and company policies.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations to drive efficient and effective property sales performance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager or 2 years as a Senior Negotiator with a strong track record of success.
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Alto CRM and familiar with property platforms.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
