We're looking for an experienced UX Design Manager to lead and grow a talented UX team, driving design excellence across multiple business-critical digital products.The clientYou'll be joining an innovative, forward-thinking company operating in a complex, technical, and highly regulated industry. They deliver cutting-edge digital products that serve a B2B audience, with a strong focus on compliance and advanced technology solutions. The company values a collaborative, sociable, and fun culture, where quality and user experience are taken seriously.The roleAs UX Design Manager, you will lead and grow a talented UX team across three key product areas: a corporate website, a digital compliance resource hub, and an interactive technology showcase platform. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for shaping UX strategy and representing user experience at the highest levels.Key responsibilities include:Leading, mentoring, and line managing a team of 7+ UX designersDefining and driving UX strategy across multiple productsActing as the UX advocate in senior stakeholder meetings, including marketing, product, and executive teamsOwning the public-facing digital experience-the company's main “shop window”Balancing delivery deadlines with design quality by prioritising user research and discoveryTranslating complex technical offerings into clear, compelling digital experiences that effectively support marketing and salesThe candidateWe're looking for a strategic, approachable leader with:5-8 years of UX experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or line management roleExperience working in B2B product environments, design agencies, finance, eCommerce, or advertisingComfort navigating complex, regulated, or technical productsA talent for simplifying complicated technical information for diverse user groupsHands-on design skills, particularly within marketing-related projectsProficiency in FigmaA data-driven approach, confident using research and analytics to inform design decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholdersA collaborative mindset and ability to manage effectively across different levelsNeed to be happy coming to the London office 2 / 3 days a week.Fancy learning more, APPLY below!We welcome diversityWe welcome those with alternative identities, backgrounds, and experiences.
