London / MidlandsRole OverviewThe Divisional Director oversees the strategic direction, operational delivery, and financial performance of the account for Integral UK, ensuring exceptional client service and sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership across the account, aligning with both Integral UK's business objectives and client expectations
  • Manage client relationships at senior level, serving as the primary point of contact for escalated issues
  • Oversee operational delivery across multiple sites/regions, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of operational managers and support staff (circa 250)
  • Drive financial performance including P&L responsibility, budget management, and revenue growth
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with other divisions and support functions within Integral UK
Qualifications and Experience
  • Extensive experience in facilities management or property services, with proven leadership in managing large accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with track record of P&L management
  • Experience in stakeholder management at senior/executive level
  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., BIFM, IWFM, RICS)
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a multi-site environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
