Start the clearance process now to give yourself the best chance of landing a role in time for the new academic year.As a SEN Primary Teacher you will need to have strong knowledge of the challenges young people face, excellent communication skills and not be afraid to get stuck in to a vibrant classroom. You will be expected to manage behaviour, enrich young people through various educational methods, and build strong and lasting relationships with amazing young people.If you have previous experience with SEND or in Teaching then this role would be ideal for you. All our SEN Primary Teacher candidates will be required to have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.Know someone who works with Vision already? We have a £125 referral fee for you and the referrer once registered and completed a minimum of days.RequirementsThe desired SEN Primary Teacher will have;
- Experience of working with primary or secondary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of all SEND pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Patience and understanding of all young people with additional needs.
- QTS - ideally with SEND
