- A relevant degree qualification in Health and Social Care.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
- Experience or knowledge of working in a health and social care setting.
- Innovative and effective teaching skills, with the ability to motivate learners.
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
- Deliver high-quality teaching and tutorials across health and social care qualifications.
- Support student progression and achievement through effective planning and assessment.
- Implement inclusive and creative teaching strategies using emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance and assessments.
- Liaise with course teams, support staff and parents/carers to ensure learner success.
- Contribute to safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety practices.
- Participate in promotional events, parents' evenings and cover classes as required.
- Engage in continuous professional development and curriculum innovation.
