- Support their educational engagement and help them access learning opportunities.
- Foster social development and emotional resilience.
- Create a safe, trusting relationship that encourages growth and self-belief.
- Work collaboratively with the young person's wider support network.
- Experience working with diverse learner profiles, including SEN and SEMH
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit individual needs
- Patience, creativity, and a trauma-informed approach
- Experience in education settings- minimum of 1 year

Full time/part-time - Opportunities for both
Hours - 10 Hours per week- for the right candidate, this can be increased to full time with additional tuition opportunitiesEssential & Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide references upon request
- Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
