This is your chance to play a vital role in building some of the most advanced underwater defence systems on the planet.This role is viewed as a long term prospect teamp to perm for the right candidate.What You'll Be DoingInspecting incoming jigs and tooling to ensure they meet design intent and comply with technical drawings and specifications.Verifying precision and accuracy of critical components that go into submarine systems – no room for error in these depths.Collaborating across multiple departments on-site to ensure quality is embedded at every stage of the build.Championing ISO 9001 standards, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance throughout.Supporting technical teams to align on quality objectives, problem-solving, and root cause analysis.What You BringA strong quality background – ideally in engineering, aerospace, defence, or other precision-led industries.An instinctive quality-first mindset – you're not just ticking boxes, you're safeguarding excellence.Proven experience reading and interpreting complex technical drawings.Confidence to work across different teams and areas, making decisions with clarity and consistency.
