
Senior Employment Solicitor

- You will take the lead on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination, and Employment Tribunal claims.
- You will advise both employers and senior employees, offering commercially sound, solutions-focused advice at every stage.
- A key aspect of this role will involve collaborating closely with the Corporate Commercial team, contributing employment law expertise to transactional work and advisory projects.
- You will be responsible for progressing matters independently from instruction through to resolution, including representation at hearings and post-hearing follow-up where required.
- As the Employment law lead, you will also play an important role in supporting the wider firm and shaping the future direction of the practice area.
- Qualified Employment Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
- Strong technical expertise across the full spectrum of employment law
- Able to manage files independently from start to finish
- Commercially astute with excellent communication and client-care skills
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across teams (particularly Litigation and Corporate)
- Experience of managing or developing client relationships is desirable
- A lead role within a respected Legal 500 firm
