- Support delivery of new operational processes across UK and US retail.
- Act as the key link between UK and US teams, ensuring communication and process alignment.
- Lead or support implementation projects to improve efficiency, compliance, and consistency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise retail performance.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on store KPIs to achieve and exceed targets.
- Coach and develop store teams and field leaders in operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, IT) for seamless execution.
- Proactively address operational risks and issues.
- Champion adoption of new technologies and tools.
- Standardise and document procedures for consistency across locations.
