Closing Date: 08 May 2024The Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Help Personal Assistant (FHPA) to join a busy and established Administration Team within Children’s Services in Totton.Your administration skills and talent for organisation will be highly valued here in the Children’s Services team. We can offer you a genuinely varied and responsible position and the chance to play a supporting role in helping the county’s most vulnerable children.Working from Home and based in our office in Totton, our team works to safeguard children, promote their welfare, and maximise their life chances. We want you to work alongside other PAs and social workers to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, while reducing the administrative burden on social workers.The more efficient and effective your contribution, the more our Social Workers can focus on direct work with children and families.The role requires someone who is confident and pro-active, not afraid to use their initiative with excellent administration, organisation, and communication skills.
