
SEN Class Teacher

- Lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties
- Deliver engaging, tailored lessons based on individual EHCPs
- Build a calm, inclusive, and trauma-informed learning environment
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, support staff, and families
- Foster independence, emotional regulation, and personal progress in every pupil
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
- Experience in SEN or inclusive mainstream settings - desirable
- Strong understanding of Autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs
- A compassionate, resilient and reflective teaching style
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to inclusion, personalised learning, and helping each child thrive
- Ability to commute to Kempston and work full-time from September
