SALARY: £65,000 -£72,500THE ROLE:
This is a well respected and highly regarded law firm with one of the strongest insolvency practices in the country and this is a unique opportunity to join a widely regarded team across the South West region and to advise directors of PLC's, funders, creditors and insolvency practitioners on a really exciting caseload of work which will be a combination of non-contentious and contentious work the majority of which is high value and high profile and rather exciting caseload. You will work on cases at a corporate and also a personal level and will deal with all aspects of insolvency including asset recovery, insolvency litigation and corporate recovery. Naturally you will be managed and mentored by one of the partners.THE CANDIDATE:
You will either be a newly qualified solicitor who will have undertaken at least one seat in insolvency or may have up to 2 years post qualification experience. You will be working at either a leading national or regional law firm and will be keen to embark your professional legal career within the insolvency field. You will have a strong academic background and have the ability to think on your feet. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be keen undertake a client facing role, you will also be required to business develop and network within the local market. Highly ambitious and motivated this is a great opportunity to work some fantastic insolvency partners undertaking a good quality of work and complex high value issues.
