Operations lead for cluster of PFI healthcare contracts, delivering M&E lifecycle replacement, and Medical Equipment Services maintenance and lifecycle replacement. Leading a team of project managers, plus technical and administrative support, and senior point of contact for clients, service delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.Work with Project Cos and trusts to attend all monthly and quarterly meetings in line with the operational and contractual requirements.Proactively manage the customer relationships to assist in promoting CLIENT activity onsite to help further develop the offering.Oversight of development and execution of 1 and 5 year Schedules of Planned Maintenance in collaboration with service delivery partners, to avoid unavailability, while working with CLIENT Lifecycle team to protect fund in a sustainable and compliant manner ahead of PFI handback.Lead financial management of the contracts, to develop annual budgets, managing spend in line with forecasts, and ensuring CLIENT governance processes are followed.Work with Technical Manager to challenge PFI service delivery partners on ensuring their maintenance regimes maximise lifecycle of assets, to minimise replacement spend (whether they be Lifecycle or FM Co step ins).Work alongside Commercial and Procurement teams to mitigate risk to CLIENT, with robust contracts in place, including detailed specifications, and flow down of risks as appropriate.Routinely review projects pipeline, ensuring internal and subcontract resources are managed effectively, and process from SoPM inclusion, through to tender, award, internal governance, and project execution are proactively managed.Identify opportunities to support Trust with energy and carbon reduction through Lifecycle replacement, and potentially chargeable, profitable enhancementsEnsure all Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations are followed where appropriate and ensure all company paperwork relevant to this is completed.Regular internal and external reporting on performance, pipeline, and operational excellence delivery.Collaboration with other CLIENT operational and support function teams to share best practice, and support other contracts when required with expertise as PFI, Healthcare, and Projects delivery.Impact:The Senior PFI Operations Manager will work across all PFI healthcare contracts in London Region 1 (currently 3 with £8-10m spend), with overall responsibility for operational delivery, SHEQ, people and stakeholder management, commercial risk, and financial performance.Complexity:We are looking for a driven individual to add expertise and rigour to the projects team. The individual will be able to demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in responding to a changing workload and business imperatives while able to establish excellent working relationships within the existing team and stakeholders alike.
