About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care. You'll lead and motivate staff, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and develop the skills needed to step into a Registered Manager role in the future, with the exciting prospect of becoming a dual Registered Manager overseeing multiple services.
