- Work closely with Commercial to develop and maintain the rolling forecasts for selected key customers /regions which are analysed & revised in accordance with the S&OP calendar
- Measure, analyse, and report key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators. Report on significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy.
- Continuously improve forecasting techniques, method and approach to track key KPI's, such as forecast accuracy & bias on a monthly basis
- Make recommended adjustments to forecast based on changes in demand and market trends
- Work with Innovation and Commercial Teams to support the innovation agenda
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related area / equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience ideally within FMCG environment in supply chain
- Strong knowledge of demand planning processes & techniques
- Good working knowledge of SAP.
- Experience with JDA an advantage.
- Detail oriented with extensive MS Excel and data analysis skills and strong mathematical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Proactive, independent thinker with deep analytical skills, confident managing large sets of information,
- Experience within the European region would be advantageous
